Mytoolsoft Batch Image Resizer, as its name suggests, lets you resize many images at once. Its unsophisticated interface contains three tabs, each prompting a particular step in image resizing.
The first tab lets you conveniently add individual files or folders using the browse window or a simple drag and drop operation. The second tab prompts you to set output size (we believe that some resize presets would be of help). The last tab lets you control output settings. Here you can specify an output folder, as well as convert images to a number of formats. We wish the app also allowed setting output image quality (e.g. compression parameters for JPEGs).
Mytoolsoft Batch Image Resizer processes images in seconds, but unfortunately, it does not offer other features apart from resizing and conversion. Some basic editing or optimizing features would be a nice extra.
The trial version can be used for an unlimited period of time, but it marks all output images with a red line.
Mytoolsoft Batch Image Resizer is definitely a one trick pony and does not stand out from the crowd of other similar applications. If you don't expect much more than the basics, and are ready to fork out some bucks, give this app a try. Other users would probably want to look for a freeware application of the kind.
