Not a human rep to be found, no matter how hard you search the web, or for a phone #. Irony is - this garbage software makes it soooo difficult to use. Look at the horrible reviews! You can get google maps for free? But Jensen (& others) put garbage naviextras in their devices? WHY!!! Dealing with their multi process gymnastics to upgrade maps makes you tear your hair out.
