ORC_Loader_v4.exe is the frequent file name to indicate this program's installer. The most popular version among the program users is 4.0. This software is an intellectual property of Ontario Realty Corporatio.

Often states, provinces, cities, architectural and engineering firms receive an abundance of data, from various sources, in the form of drawings. There is a need to standardize the incoming data as it is added to a library of drawings, or included in a GIS map. The intent is to design a system of naming conventions, symbols and drawing object relationships that is both comprehensive and easy to follow.
