Oceantiger Mail is an e-mail client with features for blocking unwanted emails, by first download a list of emails and then select which ones to download and which to reject. It has features for splitting the download of emails into two different mailboxes at the same time, where you can have unchecked items go to one mailbox and checked items to a different one.
