i downloaded it so i could update my gaming driver but its not free so i tried to uninstall and im good on computer and figuring stuff out but it took me a month to figure out how to fully uninstall it
I downloaded the so called free software. It isnt free, and now it wont let me uninstall it. Another company misrepresenting reality.

I purchased a license for 5 users in May 2024, I downloaded the license for 1 user in May, in August 2024 I wanted to download the second user, but it says session expired when I requested for assistance, I was told to refer to the instructions sent by email on the purchase date. I just did that and all I get was session expired

It's a classic scam, they offer discount of 60 percent, and they charge the full price, for a program that can't be activated.

Don't buy. Has malware and might give you BSOD.

I am very perturbed. I have been trying to use the PC HELPFOFT DRIVER 6.4.xxx and your program won't let me b/c it says I haven't installed it yet. So when i go to download it, your program says I can not.
I am very perturbed to say the lease.
