PC-Time Manager 1.2 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The actual developer of the software is Virtual Software LTD. The program lies within Security Tools, more precisely Privacy. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software.

PC-Time Manager is considered a parental control software that limits computer time. If your children are spending a lot of time chatting on the internet (MSN, AOL, ICQ), or most of their time playing games, you have to set a computer time limit in order to keep them safe from computers affecting their school work and social life.
You may want to check out more software, such as EMS SQL Manager 2005 for MySQL, EMS SQL Manager 2007 for Oracle or EMS SQL Manager 2008 Lite for SQL Server, which might be similar to PC-Time Manager.
