This free PC program was developed to work on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or Windows 11 and is compatible with 32-bit systems. Commonly, this program's installer has the following filename: PICED.exe. The program lies within System Utilities, more precisely Device Assistants. This free program was originally developed by Clipsal Integrated Systems.

The C-Touch black and white touch screen provides a graphical user interface for the monitoring and control of a C-Bus system. The PICED Software is used to configure the following products:Black and White C-Touch, Black and White C-Touch Mark 2, Colour C-Touch, Pascal Automation Controller (PAC), Wiser Home Control. The download also contains documentation, sample projects and images, Latest firmware for C-Touch.
