Panorama Tools 2.9.18 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The actual developer of the free software is Hemlut Dersch (modified by Max Lyons).

Panorama Tools, the free software suite for authoring and displaying virtual reality panoramas. Panorama Tools was originally created by Professor Helmut Dersch of the University of Applied Sciences Furtwangen.libpano13-2.9.18 released. libpano13 is the PanoTools library, this release adds the Thoby projection and bugfixes. It has lots of program for you to download and its worth trying.
