Download of PaperBus 2.0 was on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The following versions: 2.0, 1.1 and 1.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users.
This free software was originally developed by PaperBus. Paperbus.exe is the default file name to indicate this program's installer. You can execute PaperBus on Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11 32-bit. PaperBus is free and fast application that makes a tunnel between your web browser to a proxy located in the United States. Basically it is the same as using open proxy but PaperBus makes it easy so that you don't need to set the proxy IP and port in the browsers network settings. All you need to do is run PaperBus, click the ON button and launch your web browser.
