PaperCut Quota
Downloading PaperCut Quota 6.3.691 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The latest version of the program is supported on PCs running Windows XP/7/8/10/11, 32-bit.
The program belongs to Office Tools. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. This tool was originally developed by PaperCut Software Pty Ltd. The most popular versions of the software are 6.3, 6.2 and 6.1. The program's installer is commonly called PCClient.exe.

PaperCut Quota is a print and Internet charging, quota and/or monitoring system for Windows networks. It was initially developed to meet the need in schools to minimize waste and promote the responsible use of IT resources. It also has numerous applications within the corporate environment where there is a need to assign costs to projects, departments, or just simply monitor usage.
A feature added to PaperCut in 2001 was Internet charging.
