Pirka
Description
There was a download of Pirka 2.0 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The actual developer of the free program is shuji.w6e. Pirka works fine with 32-bit versions of Windows XP/7/8/10/11.
The program lies within Development Tools, more precisely Web Development. The following versions: 2.0, 2 and 0.3 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. The default filenames for the program's installer are Pirka-Gavion.exe or Pirka2Panel.exe etc. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Pirka is a Java XHTML template engine specially created for web designers. Pirka is developed with Java 1.6 and it is based on Genshi. You can use this template engine with JavaEE application, Google App Engine, JRuby on Rails. The program has support for user configured charsets.
