PoleAlignMax was introduced at the Imaging The Sky 2003 meeting in Salem Oregon.
This version dated adds a number of bug fixes and additional features:
1.Fixes bug that recommends alignment correction in wrong direction if image is mirrored such as with AO-7.
2.Fixes bug that recommends elevation alignment correction in wrong direction if the telescope RA axis is pointing below the North pole.
