Priority Manager
Priority Manager 3.0 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The following version: 3.0 is the most frequently downloaded one by the program users.
This tool was originally designed by PRD Software. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The software lies within Business Tools, more precisely Project Management. The Priority Manager installer is commonly called pmanager.exe or PriorityManager.exe etc.

The Priority Manager is a powerful escalation and service level agreement (SLA) management tool. It can be used to automatically modify existing helpdesk jobs, send email to both staff and clients, and perform other actions relevant to your helpdesk environment.
