Pro3 Dataview features :
- Additional "Option" menu selection to load a previous Setup as an Overlay for comparision (only Graph control supported at this time).

- Additional "File" menu selection to create a New Default User Setup
- Added Meno Toolstrip buttons to Open, Save, and Create new user setups.
