There was a download of Quisk 4.0.3 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The software relates to Multimedia Tools.
The following versions: 4.0, 3.6 and 3.5 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. This free software was originally created by james ahlstrom. Pythonw.exe is the most frequent filename for this program's installer. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software.

QUISK is a tool defined radio receiver and transmitter that runs on a PC. It works with sound card samples, the SDR-IQ by RfSpace, and with Ethernet/UDP samples from my SDR transceiver and my SSB/CW exciter. The app can be used with different hardware by editing its configuration file, and adding hardware and widget files written in the Python language.
