This is not Roblox Studio. This download is for Roblox Player and you need Roblox Studio installed on Windows PC before you can install Roblox Player. Roblox Player download does not work as it will not install Roblox Studio first to install. This is a known issue with Roblox and all download sites on the Web download from the Roblox site so until Roblox fixes this issue for their downloader to PCs no one will be able to play Roblox on the PC.
