This is a both a HUGE collection of very useful cmds and a combination of all my smaller plugins, all in one plugin. Functions the same as the internal cmds execpt that it can be set independantly of RR's voice setting. Main reason for this was to make a work around for when RR starts saying all the executed cmds instead of
only speaking when told to speak.
