SemTop!
SemTop is a great tool for anyone who works with multiple windows open on their PC. It allows you to customize the layout of your windows so that you can keep track of a master window while also allowing you to move and manage files freely. The best part is that you can keep certain windows on top of everything else, so that they stay that way regardless of contextual actions. Highly recommended!

SemTop! is a small tray application that lets you set a particular window on top of all others. Using the program is really easy. You can just drag the icon on the taskbar and drop to the window that you need on top. You can also set hotkeys for the operation. If you want a window to be always on top (even after restarting the computer), just "pin" it with Ctrl pressed.
