Description
Analyze the frequencies of a sound using the spectrogram for an audio file. Browse Lib, GTK+, Cairo, Pango, FFmpeg, and other types of libraries. Upload an audio file and have a spectrogram automatically generated in the primary panel. Export the result as a PNG file.
Spek 0.8.2 could be downloaded from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This free tool was originally developed by Alexander Kojevnikov. The most popular versions of the tool are 0.8, 0.7 and 0.6.

You can get add-ons that download files/video from arbitrary websites.
Good, but I found 2 bugs:
-It inflates the chart compared to the time ruler.
-Edited flac files can be rejected.
