There was a download of Twinkle 6.0.260.3 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available.

Twinkle is included in Photo & Graphics Tools. The actual developer of the software is Romain Guy. The following versions: 6.0 and 1.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. Twinkle is a Swing demo using JOGL and Java2D to create a great looking UI. This viewer can be used for different projects where gallery images are implied. You can try the Java Webstart version or just download and compile. Modifications can occur especially if you want a customized gallery viewer.
