This free software was originally produced by Leapfrog Technologies. The program is categorized as Communication Tools. UCee.exe or UCeeSharp.exe are the default file names to indicate this program's installer. The most popular versions among the software users are 1.2 and 1.1.

UCee is a software that connects two computers or smartphones together even when they are on separate private networks. The computers/smartphones communicate directly using peer-to-peer streaming technology; the data are never transfered to a server.
