Description
Downloading Understand 6.4 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This program is a product of Scientific Toolworks, Inc.
Understand.exe, understand_ada.exe, understand_c.exe or understand_f.exe are the common file names to indicate the Understand installer. The software is included in Development Tools. You can install Understand on Windows XP/XP Professional/7/8/10/11 32-bit.
The following versions: 6.0, 5.1 and 4.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software.

Understand is a static analysis tool for maintaining, measuring, and analyzing critical or large code bases. Understand is very efficient at collecting metrics about the code it analyzes. These metrics can be extracted automatically via command line calls, exported to spreadsheets, viewed graphically, dynamically explored in the GUI, or customized via the Understand Perl API.
