Description
Download of VMware Mirage 5.0.0 was on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. You can launch VMware Mirage on Windows XP/7/8 32 and 64-bit. The actual developer of the software is VMware Inc.
Vmplayer.exe, prowin32.exe or vmnetcfg.exe are the common file names to indicate the VMware Mirage installer. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. VMware Mirage is sometimes referred to as "VMware Horizon Mirage Client", "VMware Horizon Mirage". The most popular versions of the program 5.0, 4.4 and 4.3.

VMware Mirage is used to centrally manage VMWare systems of your clients/employees. They install the operating system and the Mirage program inside VMWare. All the files are then compared and synced to your Server system. When a user makes some changes, such as installing a new program, the data are synced with the server. If all the users have the same data, a single copy is present in the server. This reduces disk usage and improves the speed.
