VentriloPro
I have been using VentriloPro for a couple of years now, and I have to say that it is an excellent tool for creating group conferences and voice calls. The sound quality is great, and the ability to control the positioning of individual user channels is very handy. I also appreciate the traffic encryption feature, which helps to keep conversations secure. Overall, VentriloPro is a great product that I would highly recommend.

Ventrilo is a next generation Voice over IP (VoIP) group communications software. It offers surround sound positioning and special sound effects on a per user, per channel, per server, or global configuration level. Each user has the option to customize sounds from other Users or events. Ventrilo uses a client-server based connection that is encrypted. All text-chat communications/audio-recordings are stored locally on the Client computer.
