This is a great idea for a video messenger! It would be a great way to communicate with friends and family, especially if you don't have the time to type out a long email. The ability to capture video with a webcam and save it as an AVI file is a great feature, and the built-in player for playback is a nice touch. I think this would be a great addition to any communication platform.
