Virtual Floppy Booter is a program which installs a virtual booting floppy drive on your hard drive. The program allows you to access MS-DOS from the boot menu without using floppy drive or floppy disks. The virtual floppy drive is actually the Windows 98 Boot Floppy Disk, which means you also have access to some hard disk tools.
