Downloading Waffle 2.3.10 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The software lies within Communication Tools, more precisely Instant messaging.

The following version: 2.3 is the most frequently downloaded one by the program users. Waffle.exe is the default file name to indicate the Waffle installer. Waffle is a program that allows you to chat with your computer, which incorporates Microsoft's Text to Speech technology.
Waffle uses two random list files - one with predefined sentences and one with over 4,400 words which it randomly chooses to make up sentences. You can edit these lists - just look at the helpfile to learn how.
