You could have downloaded WinDS3 2.1 from our software library for free. WinDS3 belongs to System Utilities. The actual developer of the software is The Force Studio.

From the developer:

WinDS3 is a powerful tool that allows you to connect a PS3 controller (Dualshock3/Sixaxis) to your Windows PC. WinDS3 allows you to use a PS3 controller as normal gamepad and also offers the ability for it to function as a keyboard and mouse. This means you can use it to play any online mmorpg games.

You may want to check out more software, such as KaVoom! KVM, IMG The Magnifier or Totalflow WinCCU, which might be related to WinDS3.
