If you want to find a way to repair the line skip bug that WordPad has on Windows 7, then all you need is Wordpadfix. Wordpad on Windows 7 by default skips a line when pressing enter. After finishing the installation, Wordpadfix will be active, and avoid you to skip lines when using WordPad.
