Working out is not easy. We all know that, and planning a decent routine without a professional trainer could be even harder. Even if you are a professional trainer there is plenty of paperwork and charts, calculations, reps, sets to analyze and track. Wouldn't it be nice to have a small program to manage our routines and progress.
