Downloading WxPic 1.3.1 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available.

WxPic is an open-source application that allows to program a PIC micro-controller, by loading a HEX file, reviewing and editing the configuration or memory and writing and verifying the device flash memory. It has support for COM84, JDM(2), PIP84, Tait, NOPPP and Microchip AN589 programmers.
