Asellertool has a monopoly on the Dell PDA scanner, therefore, they are lazy and answer emails only, not helpful at all to get some info, I'm surprised the pda is still working, with no real help from the company. You basically have to figure it out for yourself, since they no longer communicate with phone or chat. Dave from scoutpal has retired, he invented the use of the pda and it was stolen by the creator of asellertool who was an employee of Dave. It's just a shame #1that they are the only one who uses the pda and 2 that there is no new pda, since the Dell Axim may go the way of the Dodo bird, the big batteries can't be found anymore already. As far as the phone, no thanks-- it gives me a headache, I'm surprised others don't get a headache when they use it.
