The Afinion Project-Viewer is an excellent tool for streamlining and optimizing work with MS Projects, Excel, SAP PS, and other materials. It makes it easy to monitor all planned and recorded hours of resources and store activities assigned to a resource directly in the Outlook task folder. Additionally, it is great that it can print plans in a variety of formats, from A4 to A0, depending on the available plotters and printers. Highly recommended!
