Arc4You Advanced Extents 1.1 could be downloaded from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This software was originally designed by WLM. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software.

This is an extension to ESRI ArcView 3.x for defining often used map extents:
Add Extent
Store the currently visible extent of the view or update an existing one.

Import extents from other projects.

Display extents as named graphics in the view that can be edited.
