I've been using Autodesk Mudbox for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with the results. It's an incredibly powerful 3D modeling and sculpting tool that has an intuitive interface and a wide range of features. I especially appreciate the ability to create custom brushes and textures, as well as the ability to analyze 3D materials. It's also great that there's a library of existing content to work with.
