From the developer:
Browse to is a little script designed to launch highlighted text URLs on a web page in a new window. You may find that sometimes you will come across a unlinked URL somewhere like a email or a news article that you want to visit, but you'd rather not have to go through copying and pasting it into the browser address bar.Mozilla's Firefox browser benefits from a nice extension called Plain Text Links, which does just this.
You may want to check out more software, such as MBCFX, IIsAdmin.NET or Zaps Installer for MySpaceIM, which might be related to BrowseTo.
