CCDSoft ASCOM Focuser Plugin 1.0.4 could be downloaded from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This free software was originally designed by The ASCOM Initiative.
The following version: 1.0 is the most frequently downloaded one by the program users. CCDSoft ASCOM Focuser Plugin lies within System Utilities, more precisely Device Assistants. This PC software works fine with 32-bit versions of Windows XP/7/8/10/11. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.
From the developer:
The FocusAPI plugin provides CCDSoft with the ability to control focusers via their ASCOM standard drivers. With this plugin, you can use focusers not supported internally by CCDSoft but which have ASCOM drivers. Also, some focusers have ASCOM drivers that provide enhanced functionality as compared to that provided with the internal support in CCDSoft.
You may want to check out more software, such as ASCOM Platform, EASE Focus or Focus Booster, which might be similar to CCDSoft ASCOM Focuser Plugin.
