There was a download of CDBrowser 3.2 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available.
According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. CDBrowser relates to System Utilities. This free program was originally designed by WaverlyStreet.

CDBrowser is a stand-alone front-end application for distributed CD-ROM disks. With it you can create complete off-line web sites which will run on any Windows 95 (or higher) computer, even if there is no web browser installed on the target machine.
Even better, CDB will seamlessly run executable (and other) files which are linked within your .html content, without putting up those annoying warnings that full-fledged web browsers do.
