CSS Background Maker is a great and innovative tool for Counter-Strike Source. This program changes the Counter-Strike Source background to whatever picture you want. To do so, you have to locate your counter-strike source folder, open a bmp or jpg picture, select Ingame resolution for the background picture and click on "Make Background".
