Chatra allows you to talk with visitors on your website with live chat. After adding Chatra to your website, you can either use the web-dashboard or Chatra desktop application to contact your users. You can either wait for them to ask questions, or this application can initiate a conversation automatically.
In your absence, Chatra can store the email address and questions of your customers, so that you can reply to them later.
