You could have downloaded DartTastic 1.1 from our software library for free. The actual developer of the free program is The British Darts Organisation. The software lies within Development Tools, more precisely Database Tools. The most popular version of the software 1.1.
From the developer:
DartTastic is the latest automatic darts scoring and statistics system from NetSports Limited.
DartTastic runs in a standard browser - but doesnt require a live internet connection - so is ideal for scoring at your venue, results can then be uploaded once an internet connection is available.
You may want to check out more software, such as EMS Data Export 2007 for SQL Server, TotalQuery or Easy Referencer Tool for PV, which might be related to DartTastic.
