I am shocked when my computer was sent to factory to fix audio/sound software by replacing almost every componet in the laptop, sending nit back to me weeks later telling me that the problem was now fixed (that lasted all of one week) and wanted me now to re-fix what they were supposed to fix by sending them more money to service the computer they were to already have fixed. Your company must really be hurting for money when you are trying to make me pay for something you were to have fixed during my warranty period! follow me on facebook when I tell thr 1000 people who have been following me and this excuse for what Dell calls "warranty coverage. what a joke Dell is using all the way to the bank.
