This tool was originally created by Michael Sablin. Drunken Clock Screensaver is included in Desktop Tools. The default filenames for the program's installer are Configure.exe, ClocX.exe, DrunkenClock.exe or rundll32.exe etc.

Drunken Clock starts-up with an Icicle-faced moving clock that "ticks" like a Grandfather Clock as it moves about your screen. The ever-moving clock face appears distorted as if you were viewing it while under water. It initially starts-up with the translucent clock face superimposed on a beautiful winter forest snow scene. The program allows for background changes as well as other appearance and behavior options including support for skins.
