I have been using EMS MySQL Manager for a few months now and I'm very impressed. It has a great interface that makes it easy to navigate and manage different types of MySQL databases. The visual and manual designing options are really helpful and I really like the ability to access individual triggers, views, stored procedures and functions. The import and export features are also quite useful. Overall, it's a great tool for managing MySQL databases.
