EarthPaint is a painting and drawing tool for Google Earth. EarthPaint allows the user to create freehand drawings and publish them as Google Earth ground overlays. EarthPaint synchronizes its view with that of Google Earth, and displays a referenced grayscale base map to aid in drawing.
