The FFS Data Processor (FFSDP) software is developed to analyze the data obtained from Fluorescence Fluctuation Spectroscopy measurements. FCS, FCCS, TIR-FCS, PCH, PCMH, FCA, TIFCA and Coincidence analysis are supported.
