From the developer:
FontDraw allows you to create new OpenType fonts and edit existing OpenType/TT and OpenType/CFF fonts. Create New Fonts, Edit Existng Fonts, Add and Edit Glyphs, Edit Contours, Edit Font Metrics, Add and Edit OpenType Features. By default, FontDraw suggests you to add initial contours by copying contours from the selected font file as from a template. You can delete the contours later or modify them.
You may want to check out more software, such as GURPS Character Builder, Font Preview or KING Font, which might be similar to FontDraw.
