This free program was originally designed by Francesco Tribioli. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The most popular versions among the software users are 3.0 and 2.1. Fronimo is included in Multimedia Tools.
From the developer:
Fronimo is a big and complex program (built from over 80,000 lines of C code) and it would take a sizeable book to uncover all of its secrets. A big assumption, and that is that you already thoroughly understand lute tablature and have a clear idea of what you want to do. With just a few basics you can create very polished tablature quickly.
You may want to check out more software, such as Virtual Guitarist 2, Virtins Sound Card MultiInstrument or VSynth, which might be similar to Fronimo.
