Description

Remove HDD passwords from applications, drives, and folders. The program automatically scans the selected elements and identifies protection measures, them bypasses the User and Master password screens. The speed of bypassing depends on the size of an HDD.

HDD Unlock Wizard is a user-friendly application which allows you to easily remove HDD password. IDE and SATA hard disk drives are supported. Both User and Master passwords can be removed. Unlocking of an 80GB HDD takes approximately 25 minutes. 2.5 inch notebook drives need slightly more time.

I find it perplexing that this application is listed under the term "data recovery" yet when I looked at the screenshots available showing the app at stages of unlocking a drive it clearly states ALL DATA WILL BE LOST. I don't take issue with that for there are unfortunate times when one no longer has a desire to access data on a drive so much as one wants to actually use the drive for new data. Unlocking a drive for reuse is not the same as data recovery in my estimation.I didn't use HDD Unlock Wizard at this time so I left no vote.
