There was a download of HERMES Messenger 7.3.3 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The following version: 7.3 is the most frequently downloaded one by the program users.
The most frequent installation filenames for the software are: DGDR Hermes.exe and MESSENGR.EXE etc. The software lies within Communication Tools, more precisely Instant messaging.
According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The actual developer of the free software is Rockwell-Collins (UK) Ltd.
From the developer:
A free, very small and very versitile instant message program for Windows Networking. Compatible with Winpopup and NT Message service, but much more powerful! Full keyboard control, tray-bar icon instead of polluting the taskbar, a (serverless!) contact list, URL recognizers and much more. THE ultimate message program for you Local Area Network!
You may want to check out more software, such as EFG-Hermes Streamer, Herma Label Assistant or Y!Hook Messenger, which might be related to HERMES Messenger.
